NEW COUNTER CONCEPT
Located in the iconic Liberty department store, the Sunday Riley counter serves as a prominent place for consumers to interact with the brand bestselling products while also receiving a consultation via a skin scanner.
Further consultation services such as facials are also provided in a secluded treatment room for select brands.
The VM display unit provides testers of each product assortment while also highlighting newness with an arch display. A mini grab-and-go unit is also placed near the POS for travel sized items and mini sets.
TREATMENT ROOM OVERHAUL
With an opportunity to move to a larger treatment room, Sunday Riley aimed provide an updated design concept to pitch to Liberty. As the brand evolved over the past few years, the brand color changed from yellow to a soft pink summer gradient.
In order to maximize customer experience, a consultation area is placed near the entrance for easy access. A semi-circle branding backwall provides a calm and serene environment, with the accent lighting on a dimmer switch.
An arch wall panel with product display and moveable trolley provides aesthetics and functionality. As services often result in direct sales, it was important for bestselling products to be showcased on the wall.
